What the Time Change Taught Me About Connection

I jokingly posted on Facebook about what I thought was a rare, unifying opinion in these divisive times: the collective dread of changing the clocks for Daylight Savings Time.

Turns out, I was wrong.πŸ˜†

While I’m not a fan of losing an hour and having my internal clock and sleep cycle thrown off ⏰, some of my friends actually love the time change! As they shared why—more evening light, especially for those in the north—I could absolutely see their perspective. It was a great reminder that differing views can coexist and even challenge our own assumptions in a healthy way. Best of all? The conversation was filled with a genuine exchange, not an argument.

And that got me thinking...

Just like we’re all craving more daylight and the fresh energy of spring, I believe we’re also craving something deeper: real connection.

Conversations rooted in care and curiosity.

A moment to pause and honor the transitions we’re moving through—not just on the calendar, but in our lives.

This is why I think that gathering with some like-hearted people for connection is the kind of soul-care we all need.  I am calling together a small group of clients and community to honor the changing seasons.

Together, we’ll:
🌱 Reflect on winter’s wisdom—what is ready to be released?
🌱 Tune into your inner voice—what is whispering to be planted?
🌱 Align with the energy of spring—what new beginning is calling you?

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and connected—to yourself, to your intuition, and to the warming energy of a like-hearted circle.

Join me live, or receive the replay to create your own sacred pause in your own time.
